That morning...

That morning,
The sun radiated happiness and warmth.

That morning,
The city was busy,
Filled with people.

That morning,
A cafe was incredibly busy,
Like a swarm of bees attacking it's prey.

That morning,
Was the morning,
That she served someone coffee.

That morning,
Was the morning,
That someone confessed.

That morning,
Was the morning,
A new love blossomed.

Memories Haiku

He's gone from your life,
All the memories and tears,
Are gone forever...

Depression Haiku

Was it really worth,
All the pain that you have caused,
To your own body?

Requested poem about someone who has depression because their loved one is dead.

There she sat,
Hidden in the shadows,
Her hands close to her chest.

Her breathing ragged,
As her eyes scanned the room,
Searching for that one voice.

No-one was there to comfort her,
No-one was there to tell her everything was alright,
Not even the person she loved was there.

The pain of loneliness,
Like a sharp knife to the heart,
She's had enough.

What was the point of living,
Without the person she truly loved?

Her heart ached everyday,
Like a scar that can never heal.

She can finally be free,
She can finally,

Be with the one she loved.

Sorry A/N

It's the author here! Hi!
Most of my poems are more like stories than actual poems. I'm still trying to perfect my "poems". I'm sorry that my poems aren't actually like poems. Thanks for reading my writing^^!

Authors note.

Hi,
This is an Authors note. I posted three poems today because on the 4th and 5th of August i didn't post any poems because i was busy. If i haven't posted for a week than i might upload 7 love poems on the day that i'm not busy. Thank you for reading my love poems!

How great is my love? Haiku

My love for you is,
Greater than the whole wide world,
And everything else.

Oblivious Haiku

He is so so dense,
He does not realise it,
Why is he so dense?

A glance can change your life...

I saw him from far away,
His black locks,
As dark as the night sky.

He was different,
He was the only one,
Who hid half of his face.
He was the only one,
Who sat by himself.

His hand moved swiftly,
As if it was dancing itself.
His head moved along to the beat of the music his headphones made,
It was truly a sight to admire,
As it sent my heart out to space.

Who was this stranger i see?
He looked no older than my age,
With a pointy face,
Eyes that you can stare at every second of your life,
Those captivating eyes,
Who knew i would fall for him,

With a glance.

Cherished moments...

His smile,
Was all that she could think of.

His voice,
Was what she missed.

His brightly coloured eyes,
Was what she desired to look at once again.

His soft locks,
The locks that she could run her fingers through everyday.

His lips,
The kind that she could kiss any day.

His fingers,
Oh, how she wanted to intertwine her fingers with his again.

His sweet scent,
The kind that would make any other person addicted.

His soft, steady breathing,
How she longed to feel it again.

His beating heart,
How she wished to hear it again.

But,
It was all gone.
She could no longer feel it anymore.

What this poem means is up to you to decide...

Forever a friend...

When I first saw him under the stars,
Staring at the brightest one,
I knew he was the one.

My eyes caught sight of his perfectly shaped face,
His hands curled around the wilted rose,
As his other hand curled around the rail of the balcony.

His dark honey brown eyes gazed at the sea with such a sad look in his eyes,
It almost seemed lifeless,
Like he wanted to give up.

The breeze ruffled his hair,
As he used his other hand to brush through it.

His eyes glanced towards the rose with a hopeless look,
Like he was rejected,
And glanced back down at the roaring sea below.

My heart was beating faster by the minute,
Like time ticking on a clock,
As his earnest eyes scanned over me and met my eyes.

I responded with a smile and held out my hand,
He accepted it with so much care,
My heart skipped a beat.

His eyes no longer held sorrow as he stared at me,
It was replaced by happiness,
As he knew I will always be there for him,

As a friend.
